The Campus Enrichment Specialist will facilitate learning by creating and implementing student lessons and experiences, including individual and group projects, outdoor learning, and spaces using art, culture, healthy habits, and STEM. The Campus Enrichment Specialist will help shape and develop a campus wide culture that fosters a productive and enthusiastic learning environment for each student. The Campus Enrichment Specialist will assist in developing students’ cognitive capacity, increasing academic skill development, and a respect for learning. This positon will work with the Director of Programs & Operations and the Site Coordinator to ensure both school and after school programs enhance the vision and priorities of the campus.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Able to create enrichment lessons that support core subjects;
  • Able to use non-traditional materials and spaces to enhance learning;
  • Communicates with parents, students, employees and others;
  • Implement a clear and consistent behavior management system that aligns to campus-wide initiatives;
  • Develop students’ character and sense of community in the classroom;
  • Establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with students and families based on trust;
  • Provide enrichment leadership for in school and after school program students;
  • Attend scheduled meetings with Site Coordinator to coordinate program design, evaluation process, and outreach efforts;
  • Work closely with Site Coordinator to organize schedule of enrichment and/or recreational activities; implement evaluation tools; and complete professional development;
  • Reports to the Site Coordinator;
  • Performs other duties as assigned;

Qualifications:

This position requires the maintaining of an attractive, sanitary and safe facility for students, staff and public; providing equipment and furniture arrangements for meetings, classroom activities and events; and minimizing property damage, loss and facility structure.

Position requires ability to perform multiple, not-technical tasks with a need to occasionally upgrade skills in order to meet changing job conditions. Specific skills required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: operating equipment used in industrial maintenance including electrical cleaning equipment, common tools, etc.; and adhering to safety practices. The Part-Time Day Custodian reports to the Maintenance and Custodial Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Administrative Assistant For Grants & Applications is a part time employee who will work remotely as well as on campus, when necessary, with the Marketing & Fundraising Coordinator. The contractor will help locate, maintain, organize and complete outstanding grants and applications. The Administrative Assistant For Grants & Applications will also help to facilitate and complete the various duties/assignments within the Marketing & Fundraising Department. This will include but is not limited to grants, applications, customer relations’ management, data entry, community outreach and research. The Web Designer is an independent contractor who will work remotely with the Marketing Operations Team to create and maintain all of the organization’s websites. The Web designer will assist in designing the web page layout, determining technical requirements needed for improvements, provide updates to the websites, create backup files, monitoring SEO and all other website related tasks. This includes, but is not limited to, overall navigation flow, layout of specific pages, and creation of individual graphic elements and updating sites as needed.

The Graphic Designer is an independent contractor who will work with our Marketing and Fundraising Coordinator to create and design digital media content that can be used in all aspects of the organization. The Graphic Designer must understand graphic design and possess skills in a variety of multimedia software programs. The contractor must be able to work independently, as well as within a team, complete tasks timely and work within client print and brand specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Develop designs and layouts for marketing communications needs including but not limited to: logos, flyers, web graphics, web design, brochures, signs, postcards, booklets, videos, and informational/educational material by using your creative strategies alongside established design rules and principles;
  • Offer new ideas/designs while staying within brand guidelines; 
  • Be able to edit and implement photos for project outlines;

The Facilities Maintenance Technician position will inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. Able to work independently with little to no supervision. Is able to manage landscaping and maintain lawn, as needed. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in maintenance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools, and be able to read blueprints and repair manuals. • Collects and disposes of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans;
