The Career Pathway Program is designed to help individuals explore, prepare for, and succeed in meaningful careers by providing structured guidance, hands-on learning experiences, and access to professional opportunities. Through a combination of skill-building activities, mentorship, and real-world exposure, participants gain the knowledge and confidence needed to navigate their career journey. The program supports personal growth, workforce readiness, and long-term success by connecting participants with resources, industry insights, and pathways aligned with their interests and goals.

Program Schedule
Starting June 1st, Monday & Thursday afternoons will be dedicated programming days for The Career Pathways Program! These days will be dedicated to professional development, resume building, soft skills, and more by the guidance of the program coordinator at our Lockhart Office. Young adults between the ages of 18-21 are more than welcome to come and learn about what we offer. Tuesday's will be dedicated for all surrounding communities, in which the program will be coming near you! To learn what Tuesday this summer we'll be in your community, feel free to reach out to us by visiting our "Contact" section and we will provide you with a schedule. All other weekdays are available operated from a virtual standpoint for those who may not be able to attend in person.

Torch Club
Age 11-13
Torch Clubs are chartered, small-group leadership and service clubs for boys and girls ages 11 to 13. A Torch Club is a powerful vehicle that helps Club staff meet the special character development needs of younger adolescents at a critical stage in their life.
Keystone
Age 14-18
Keystoning is the Boys & Girls Club Movement’s ultimate teen program for youth ages 14 to 18. This unique program provides leadership development opportunities for youth to participate in activities, both in and out of the Club, in three focus areas: academic success, career preparation and community service. With the guidance of an adult advisor, Keystone Clubs aim to positively impact teens, their Club and local communities.
UpNext
Taking place every Friday, UpNext creates a space where youth can openly explore their goals, dreams, and identity while receiving real support from mentors who are invested in their growth. Through intentional dialogue and active engagement, students are encouraged to think critically about their future, build confidence, and take practical steps toward the life they envision.This program goes beyond surface-level interaction—UpNext focuses on helping young people explore opportunities on their own ambitions.
